Wet Magnetic Drum Separator

which is made of permanent magnetic drum, tank, drive motor, reducer and support frame. As the mainly part of wet separator, the magnetic drum consists of a stationary arc magnetic section which is covered by rotatable drum shell. These magnetic systems have the highest efficiency in the separation of strong magnetism minerals. Also they can provide ultimate protection to downstream process machines by separating ferrous debris from non ferrous materials. They are mainly use for the recovery of magnetite or ferrosilicon in a heavy media process and the concentration and recovery of magnetite from iron ore. For examples, Wet drum magnetic separators are especially suitable for the recovery of tailings and the iron removal in glass and ceramic industries.
They also can increasing ore grade and recovery rate for concentration of ferromagnetic minerals, recover the heavy medium in coal washery, remove iron magnetic minerals from the ore and prevent magnetic blockage before the high magnetism separation.
