Rotary Grate Magnetic Separator is composed of stainless housing and grate magnet.The inside grate magnet is rotate by motor driving to remove ferromagnetic contaminations from super fine, high viscosity and poor fluidity materials that is prone to clogging, caking or bridging. It is are widely used in building materials, chemical, coal, food, refractory, pharmacy, etc.

2.Detachable designing for easy cleaning and installing.
3.The maximum magnetic strength can reach 13000GS and the standard working temperature is lower than 80oC. 4.The maximum working temperature can reach 350oC as required.
5.The quantity of magnetic bar can be increased or reduced according to the different materials.
6.Square chute or round pipeline flange is available for different connections.
7.Rotating magnetic bar can prevent the material from caking or bridging.
