The EP50 Series Electric Permanent Magnetic Chuck comprises 50mm×50mm poles and delivers a powerful clamping force of 15-17 kgf/cm². The magnetic force can be precisely predetermined by counting the number of poles in contact with the workpiece (minimum 4 poles recommended). The controller completes magnetization or demagnetization in just 0.5 to 5 seconds. These chucks are rigorously tested for slipping force, waterproof performance, temperature rise, electrical safety, and demagnetization reliability.
They are best suited for workpieces larger than 250×250 mm and at least 10 mm thick, offering excellent performance for normal and heavy-duty machining operations.
